Unhurried Terms of Service

1. The Service

Unhurried is a tool that helps women record and understand their body's rhythm. Its main features include:

• period logging and “Body Seasons” cycle estimates;
• logging and trend views for meals, weight, waist, sleep and other body data;
• a food library, recipes and nutrition information;
• an AI-powered guardian spirit companion;
• local reminders and other supporting features.

We keep improving the Service; the features actually available in the App apply.

2. Not a medical service

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical services. Cycle and ovulation estimates, Body Seasons, nutrition data, recipe suggestions and guardian spirit replies are based on general knowledge and the records you provide. They are for reference only and must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, contraception or conception.

If you feel unwell, notice period irregularities or have other health concerns, please consult a qualified doctor promptly. Don't delay seeking care because of information from the Service.

3. AI features

• Guardian spirit replies are generated by an AI model. We use safety rules to keep replies gentle and reliable, but AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; please use your own judgement.
• To keep the Service stable, AI features have reasonable usage limits, as shown in the App.
• You must not use AI features to generate unlawful content or try to bypass their safety limits.

4. Your account

• You can register with a mobile number or email address and must provide true, valid information.
• Keep your account and password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. If your account is compromised, contact us at support@unhurried.work immediately.
• Your account is for your personal use only and may not be lent, transferred or sold.
• The Service is intended mainly for adults. Users under 14 may not use it; users aged 14–17 need their guardian's consent.
• You can request account deletion in the App. There is a 30-day recovery period, after which your account and data are permanently deleted — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must not:

• post or spread content that breaks the law, offends public order and morals, or infringes others' rights;
• upload other people's private information or images without authorisation;
• access or scrape the Service by crawlers, scripts or other automated means, or interfere with its normal operation;
• reverse-engineer or decompile the Service, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use the Service for commercial promotion or other activities we haven't authorised.

If you breach these rules, we may, depending on the severity, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the Service for you.

6. Your content

• You own the data you record and the content you create in the Service (such as your own foods, recipes and images).
• To provide the Service (for example storing, syncing, displaying it and generating AI replies), you grant us the right to use that content to the extent necessary. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, unless the law requires otherwise.
• You must ensure that what you upload doesn't infringe any third party's rights.

7. Intellectual property

The software, interface design, guardian spirit characters, illustrations, text, recipes and food database of the Service belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission. The name “娴时暖 / Unhurried” and its logo are protected by law.

8. Privacy

We take your personal information seriously, especially sensitive health-related information. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, store and protect it.

9. Fees

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will clearly show the price and rules in the App and you can decide whether to buy; we will never charge you without your explicit consent.

10. Changes, interruption and termination

• We may adjust, upgrade or retire features as the business evolves, and will notify you in advance where possible.
• The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures or force majeure; we will restore it as soon as we can.
• If we stop operating the Service entirely, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and handle your personal information according to the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not responsible for decisions you make about diet, exercise, health, contraception or conception based on information from the Service (including AI-generated content), or their consequences;
• we are not responsible for interruptions or data loss not caused by our fault, such as force majeure, hacking or third-party service failures, though we will do our best to minimise losses;
• our liability to you is limited to that provided by law. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time and will publish the revised version on this page with a new date. We will notify you of material changes, for example by an in-app pop-up. If you don't agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account; continuing to use it means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland). Disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court where Shixiang Technology Studio is domiciled.
